RESOLUTION NO. 99 -58
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR TANA RIDGE
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed the Preliminary Plat of Tana Ridge at
its September 13, 1999 meeting and recommended approval to the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council does hereby - approve
and accept the Preliminary Plat of Tana Ridge as the same as on file with the City Administrator based
upon the following findings:
1. Subject to the comments of the City Engineer the plans submitted appear to substantially
comply with the submission requirements and design standards of Chapter 400 (Subdivision)
and/or the OP design standards, as applicable.
FURTHER, and subject to the following condition;
1. Compliance with the recommendations of the City Engineer.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 21 'day of September, 1999.
