CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 99- 61 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL AN OPEN SPACE <br />DEVELOPMENT KNOWN AS <br />"THE FIELDS OF ST. CROIX, PHASE 1r' <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered a concept review of "The Fields of <br />St. Croix, Phase I1' at a public hearing held on June 28, 1999, as submitted by Robert Engstrom <br />Companies; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council considered the recommendation of the Planning <br />Commission and approved the concept plan of "The Fields of St. Croix, Phase 11 ", on July 6, 1999; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission, at a Public Hearing held Septemberl3, 1999, <br />reviewed and recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat of an Open Space Development, known as <br />"The Fields of St. Croix, Phase 11"; based on the following findings: <br />1. The Plans submitted appear to substantially comply with the submission requirements and <br />design standards of Chapter 400 (Subdivision) and/or the OP Design Standards, as applicable. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council does hereby approve <br />the Preliminary Plat for an Open Space (OP) Development Stage Plan, known as "The Fields of St. Croix, <br />Phase Ir', based on the recommendation of the Lake Elmo Planning Commission, and based on the <br />following condition: <br />1.
