RESOLUTION 99- 61
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL AN OPEN SPACE
DEVELOPMENT KNOWN AS
"THE FIELDS OF ST. CROIX, PHASE 1r'
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered a concept review of "The Fields of
St. Croix, Phase I1' at a public hearing held on June 28, 1999, as submitted by Robert Engstrom
Companies; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council considered the recommendation of the Planning
Commission and approved the concept plan of "The Fields of St. Croix, Phase 11 ", on July 6, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission, at a Public Hearing held Septemberl3, 1999,
reviewed and recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat of an Open Space Development, known as
"The Fields of St. Croix, Phase 11"; based on the following findings:
1. The Plans submitted appear to substantially comply with the submission requirements and
design standards of Chapter 400 (Subdivision) and/or the OP Design Standards, as applicable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council does hereby approve
the Preliminary Plat for an Open Space (OP) Development Stage Plan, known as "The Fields of St. Croix,
Phase Ir', based on the recommendation of the Lake Elmo Planning Commission, and based on the
following condition:
1. Compliance with the recommendations of the City Engineer.

Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council this I day of September, 1999.
