RESOLUTION NO. 99-66

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 300.13, Subd. 3 J. of the Lake Elmo Municipal
Code, James Schwalbach, the property owner, has requested approval to place a garage in
front of the primary structure at 4555 Olson Lake Trail N. based; on the physical
conditions of the lot.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Lake Elmo City Council
hereby grants permission for construction of a garage in front of the principal structure at
4555 Olson Lake Trail North, subject to the garage not being located closer than twenty
(20) feet to the public right -of -way.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council this 5th day of October, 1999.
