RESOLUTION 99- -7 1
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR AN
OPEN SPACE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT KNOWN AS
"MEYER'S PINERIDGE"
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered a concept review of Meyer's
Pineridge" at a Public Hearing held on July 12, 1999, as submitted by Terry Emerson; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council considered the recommendation of the Planning
Commission and approved the Concept Plan of "Meyer's Pineridge ", on August 3, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission, at a Public Hearing held October 13, 1999,
reviewed and recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat of an Open Space Residential Development,
known as "Meyer's Pineridge "; based on the following finding:
1. The Plans submitted appear to substantially comply with the
submission requirements and design standards of Chapter 400
(Subdivision) and/or the OP Design Standards, as applicable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council does hereby
approve the Preliminary Plat for an Open Space Residential Development known as "Meyer's Pineridge ",
based on the recommendation of the Lake Elmo Planning Commission, and based on the following
condition:
l . Compliance with. the recommendations of the City Engineer.
ADOP'T'ED by the .Lake Elmo City Council this 17 day of Q,�ctober, 1999.
