RESOLUTION NO, 99- 73
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT AND
OPEN SPACE FINAL STAGE PLAN
FOR WILDFLOWER SHORES _
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planing Commission reviewed the preliminary plat
and Open Space Final Stage Plan of Wildflower Shores at its February 23, 1998 meeting
and recommended approval to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of Lake Elmo has approved the preliminary plat
and Open Space Final Stage Plan of Wildflower Shores on March 2, 1998.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo reviewed the final plat
and Open Space Final Stage Plan of Wildflower Shores at its meeting on October 19,
1999;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council does
hereby approve and accept the Final Plat and Open Space Final Stage Plan of Wildflower
Shores as the same as on file with the City Administrator subject to the following
findings:
L The Final Plat meets or exceeds the standards of Chapter 400 (Subdivision)
of the Lake Elmo City Code.
2. The Final Stage Plan substantially complies with the OP Ordinance
Standards.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 19L' day of October, 1999.
