RESOLUTION NO 99-85 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />F, AESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF <br />CHARITABLE GAMBLING LICENSE <br />BY OF MINNESOTA <br />TO THE MAPLEWOOD/OAKDALE LIONS <br />WHEREAS, the Maplewood/Oakdale Lions has requested that the State of Minnesota issue a One -Day <br />(February 7, 2000) Off -Site Gambling License; and <br />WHEREAS, the Maplewood/Oakdale Lions has requested to sell raffles at a location within an <br />establishment commonly known as the Lake Elmo Inn, located at 3442 Lake Elmo Avenue N., Lake Elmo, <br />Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the Maplewood/Oakdale Lions comply with the Charitable Gambling rules and regulations <br />as set forth in Section 1110.04 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Lake Elmo hereby approves the <br />issuance of a charitable gambling application requested by the Maplewood /Oakdale Lions. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 7th day of December, 1999. <br />Lee Hunt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />C�a� 0i�11� <br />Mary Ku e ity Admi ator <br />
