RESOLUTION NO. 99- 88
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT
FOR THE OVERLAY OF 56TH STREET NORTH
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 99 -82 of the City Council adopted November 16, 1999, a
report has been prepared by TKDA with reference to the overlay of 50'h Street North, and this report was
received by the City Council on December 21, 1999.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE
ELMO, MINNESOTA:
1. The Lake Elmo City Council will consider the improvements of 50`h Street North in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the
cost of the improvement Rursuan to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated cost of
the improvement of $ t c c q � , {: o
2. A public Hearing has been ordered on said improvement on the i Z day of ',-2000, at
Lake Elmo City Hall, 7:00 p.m. and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such
hearing improvement as required by law.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council this 215L day of December, 1999.
