RESOLUTION NO. 99-90
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF
MEYER'S PINERIDGE
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat of
"MEYER'S PINERIDGE" on October 13, 1999 and unanimously recommended its approval, and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council has previously considered and approved the
preliminary plat and plan of "MEYER'S PINERIDGE" on November 19, 1999,
WHEREAS, the final plat of "MEYER'S PINER EDGE" presented to the City Council
conforms to the City's Open Space Development Area Ordinance and Subdivision. Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council does
hereby approve and accept the final plat of "MEYER'S PINERIDGE" as the same as on file with
the City Administrator subject to the following conditions:
1. The City will accept a fee in lieu of park dedication.
2. The storm water detention facilities, drainage areas, and ponds and grading plan
shall comply with recommendations by the Valley Branch Watershed District

3. Permanent easements for Outlots A, B, C, D and E of " Meyer's Pineridge" shall
be conveyed to the City and /or a qualified land trust , where accepted, on forms
approved by the City Attorney.
4. All comments from the City Engineer and City Attorney shall be incorporated
into these "Conditions of Approval." -
5. Compliance with the performance standard for Open Space Residential
Developments specified by Chapter 300 of the Lake Elmo City Code.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City would not execute. the Final Plat for
Meyer's Pineridge until the above conditions have been met.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 21" day of December, 1999.
