CITY OF LADE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99- 49 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL, PLAT OF <br />TAMARACK FARM ESTATES 2N' ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat of <br />TAMARACK FARM ESTATES 2nd ADDITION at its July 12, 1999 meeting and recommended approval <br />to the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Lake Elmo has approved the preliminary plat of TAMARACK <br />FARM ESTATES 2nd ADDITION on July 20, 1999. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Ehno reviewed the final plat of TAMARACK <br />FARM ESTATES 2nd ADDITION at its meeting on August 17, 1999; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Ehno City Council does hereby approve <br />and accept the final plat of TAMARACK FARM ESTATES 2nd ADDITION as the same as on file with the <br />City Administrator subject to the following findings: <br />1. The Final Plat meets or exceeds the standards of Chapter 400 (Subdivision) <br />of the Lake Elmo City Code. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake.
