RESOLUTION NO. 99- 49
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL, PLAT OF
TAMARACK FARM ESTATES 2N' ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat of
TAMARACK FARM ESTATES 2nd ADDITION at its July 12, 1999 meeting and recommended approval
to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of Lake Elmo has approved the preliminary plat of TAMARACK
FARM ESTATES 2nd ADDITION on July 20, 1999.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Ehno reviewed the final plat of TAMARACK
FARM ESTATES 2nd ADDITION at its meeting on August 17, 1999;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Ehno City Council does hereby approve
and accept the final plat of TAMARACK FARM ESTATES 2nd ADDITION as the same as on file with the
City Administrator subject to the following findings:
1. The Final Plat meets or exceeds the standards of Chapter 400 (Subdivision)
of the Lake Elmo City Code.
ADOPTED, by the Lake. Elmo City Council. this 1.7th day of August; 1999.
