A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLACEMENT OF AN ACCESSORY
STRUCTURE IN FRONT OF THE PRIMARY STRUCTURE AT 8001 50TI
STREET i '' ,,
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 300.13, Subd. 3 J. of the Lake Elmo Municipal
Code, James Douglass, the property owner, has requested approval to place a 22' x 34'
garage in front of the primary structure at 8001 50` street North based on the physical
conditions of the lot requiring such a location.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council
hereby grants permission for construction of a garage in front of the principal structure at
8001 50th Street North, subject to the garage not being located closer than twenty (20)
feet to the public right -of -way.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 6t` day of July, 1999.
