RESOLUTION 99-31
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING POLLING PLACES FOR THE
JUNE 15, 1999 SPECIAL ELECTION
WHEREAS, election polling places shall be designated by the City Council, in
accordance with statutory requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council
hereby designates the following polling places for the June 15, 1999 Special Election:
PRECINCT 1 (South of Highway 5)
PRECINCT 2 (North of Highway 5)
PRECINCT 3
(Annexed area from Baytown
Township ----- includes Manning,
55'x', 5e, & Highway 5)
Lake Elmo Fire Station
3510 Laverne Aveneu N.
Lake EImo, MN 55042
Lake Elmo City Hall
3800 Laverne Avenue N.
Lake Elmo, MN 55042
Lake Elmo City Hall
3800 Laverne Avenue N.
Lake Elmo, MN 55042
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said polling places should remain open
between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on the respective election date.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on May 18, 1999.
