RESOLUTION 1
.., 1 1 CONSOLIDATION
ADOPTED FEBRUARY 1, 1999, AND AMENDED MARCH 1, 1999
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council adopted Resolution 99 -15 at its
February 2, 1999 meeting; and
WHEREAS, certain revisions were been made to the Consolidation Plan, and said
revisions are noted in the plan and attached to that resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council adopted Resolution 99-20a revision of
this plan at its March 2, 1999 City Council meeting; and
WHEREAS, certain revisions have made to the Consolidation Plan, and said
revisions are noted in the plan and are attached to this resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the revised Baytown/Lake
Elmo Consolidation Plan, dated May 4, 1999 is hereby adopted.
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council this 4'j' day of May 1999.
