CITY OF LAKE ELMO
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF WATERS RAY
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary
plat of the Schmidt/Hedges property, Waters Bay, at its February 8, 1999 meeting
and recommended approval to the City Council;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo has approved the
preliminary plat of the Schmidt/Hedges property, Waters Ray, on February 1.6,
1999;
WHEREAS, the Cite Council of the City of Lake Elmo reviewed the Final
Plat of the Schmidt/Hedges property, Waters Bay, at its meeting on April 6, 1999
and April 20,1999;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council
does hereby approve and accept the Final Plat of Waters Bay, as conditioned by
EXHIBIT A, signed by the City Planner° on April 20, 1999, the same as on file with
the City Administrator based on the following finding:
1. The Final Plat meets or exceeds the standards of Chapter 400
(Subdivision) of the Lake Elmo City Code.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City,' Council this 20th day of April, 1999.
