A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLACEMENT
OF AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE
IN F'RON'T OF THE PRIMARY STRUCTURE AT 1141.5 30 "n STREET NORTH
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 300.13, Subd. 3 J. of the Lake Elmo Municipal
Code, Eric Wahlstrom, the property owner, has obtained written permission from
adjacent property owners for placement of an accessory built in front of the primary
structure at 11415 30 'J' Street North.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council
hereby grants permission for construction of a garage in front of the principle structure at
11415 30`h Street N.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 20th day of April, 1999.
