RESOLUTION NO, 99-20
ADOPTED FEBRUARY 2, 1999
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council adopted Resolution 99-15 at its
February 2, 1999 meeting; and
WHEREAS, certain revisions have made to the Consolidation Plan, and said
revisions are noted on the plan and is attached to this resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Baytown Board of Supervisors adopted the revised plan at its
February 1, 1999 Town Board meeting; and
WHEREAS, the Baytown Board of Supervisors determined it to be in the best
interest of the two communities that the referendum be held on June 15, 1999 rather than
April 27, 1999, .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the revised Baytown/Lake
Elmo Consolidation Plan is hereby revised, and revisions include changing the date of the
Consolidation referendum to June IS, 1999.
ADOPTED BY THE LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL THIS 2ND DAY OF
MARCH 1999.
