CITY OF LAKE ELMO
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A
CHARITABLE GAMBLING LICENSE
BY THE STATE OF MINNESOTA
TO THE LAKE ELl O LIONS CLUB
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Lions Club has requested that the State of Minnesota issue a One -
Day (April 19, 1999) Off -Site Gambling License; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Lions Club has requested to sell raffles at a location within an
establishment commonly known as the Lake Elmo Inn, located at 3442 Lake Elmo Avenue N., Lake Elmo,
Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Lions comply with all Charitable Gambling rules and regulations
as set forth in Section 1100.04 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Lake Elmo hereby
approves the issuance of a charitable gambling application requested by the Lake Elmo Lions.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 2nd day of March 1999.
