RESOLUTION NO. 99 -17
A APPROVING PRELIMINARY
O WATERS
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat
of the Schmidt/Hedges property, Waters Bay, at its February S, 1999 meeting and
recommended approval to the City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council
does hereby approve and accept the Preliminary Plat of Waters Bay as the same as on file
with the City Administrator based upon the following findings:
1. The proposed plat meets or exceeds the standards of Chapter 400
(Subdivision) of the Lake Elmo City Code.
2. The proposed plat meets or exceeds the standards of Chapter 300 (Zoning) of
the Lake Elmo City of Lake Elmo Code for the R -1 Zoning District, the
Shoreland Overlay District, and the Flood Plain District.
FURTHER, the following conditions shall be attached:
1. Compliance with the requirements of the City Engineer's review letter of
February 4, 1999.
2. Approval by the City Attorney of the form and sequence of conveyance of
Outlots A, B and C to adjoining property owners.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 16 th day of February 1999.
