A Resolution Requesting the Minnesota Department of Transportation to perform
A Speed Study of 30' Street from CSAH 17 (Lake Elmo Avenue) to CSAH 15
(Manning Avenue) within the City of Lake Elmo
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby requests that the
Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) conducts a traffic speed survey to
determine if 30 miles per hour is a safe and reasonable speed for the foiiowing street:
30th Street between CSAH 17 (Lake Elmo Avenue) and CSAH 15 (Manning Avenue)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if the speed study indicates a proposed speed
more than 30mph, the City of Lake Elmo should be so advised and be given the
opportunity to review and comment on the study.
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council the 2M day of February, 1999.
