RESOLUTION NO. 99-7
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT
FOR THE ABBOTT/FRIEDERICHS PROPERTY; COLLOPY HILLS
WHEREAS, The Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat of the
Abbott/F'riederichs property, Collopy Hills, at its January 11, 1999 meeting and recommended
approval to the City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council does
hereby approve and accept the Preliminary Plat of Collopy Hills as the same as on file with the
City Administrator based upon. the following findings:
The Preliminary Plat is consistent with the goals, objectives and policies of the
Comprehensive Plan.
The Preliminary Plat is consistent with the purpose of the RR (Rural .Residential) ,Zoning
District requirements.
The Preliminary Plat complies with the development standards.
FURTHER, the following conditions shall be attached:
1. Compliance with the recommendations of the City Engineer's memo of January 4, 1999.
2. Precludes further subdivision of Lot 2, except as permitted by the existing RR .Cluster
Ordinance.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 19th day of January, 1999.
