A RESOLUTON SETTING FEES FOR 2999
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council adopted the 1997 Lake Elmo Municipal Code at its
February 18, 1997, meeting, and
WHEREAS, the 1997 Lake Elmo Municipal Code empowers the City Council to set fees for
various development, building, and other services provided by the City by a resolution approved by a
majority of the Council.
for 1999. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby adopts the following fees
Minor Subdivision $800
Zoning Variance (No Other Applications)

Conditional Use Permit (No Other Applications)

Concept Plan (OP or PUD)

Preliminary Plat (Conventional, OP or PUD)

Filial Plat (Conventional, OP or PUD)

2% of Construction Cost
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Council will review fees during its review and
preparation of the yearly budget.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council this 19th day of January, 1999.
