A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION AND PRIMARY CONTACT PERSON
FOR THE LAKE ELMO / MN/DOT PARTNERSHIP PROJECT ON STATE HIGHWAY 5
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Lake Elmo act as sponsoring unit for the project
identif.ed. as Lake Elmo/MnDOT Partnership Project on. State Trunk Highway No. 5, to be conducted
during the period April a5, 1999, through September 1, 1999.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Lynn Yoch is hereby authorized to apply to the
Minnesota Department of Transportation for funding of this project on behalf of the City of Lake Elmo.
