A Resolution Setting Fees for 2000
WHEREAS, the 1997 Lake Elmo Municipal Code empowers the City Council to set fees for
various development, building, and other services provided by the City by a resolution approved by a
majority of the City Council; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby adopts the
following fees for 2000:
