RESOLUTION NO. 00 -04
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT AND
OP DEVELOPMENT FLAN AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
OF THE FIELDS OF ST. CROIX 2N' ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat of " THE
FIELDS OF ST. CROIX 2ND ADDITION" on September 13, 1999 and recommended approval to the City
Council, and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council has previously considered and approved the preliminary
plat and plan of THE FIELDS OF ST. CROIX 2ND ADDITION on September 21., 1999,
WHEREAS, the Final Plat and OP Development Plan and Development Agreement of THE
FIELDS OF ST. CROIX 2ND ADDITION presented to the City Council conforms to the City's Open
Space Development Area Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council does hereby approve
and accept the Final Plat and Final OP Development Plan. and Development Agreement of THE FIELDS
OF ST. CROIX 2ND ADDITION as the same as on file with the City Administrator subject to the following
findings:
1. The Final Plat meets or exceeds the standards of Chapter 400 (Subdivision) of the Lake Elmo City
Code.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 18`h day of January, 2000.
