A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 2000 -02 ADOPTED JANUARY 4,
2000 SETTING FORTH THE CITY'S FEE SCHEDULE FOR 2000
Whereas, the Lake Elmo City Council adopted Ordinance 97 6-:3 relating to
"Alarms" at its February 15, 2000 meeting; and,
WHEREAS, Ordinance 97 , 5
fee for False Alarms.
"Alarms" requires that the City Council set the
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the fees for False Alarms in the
City of Lake Elmo shall be as follows:
1 to 3 False Alarms
In excess of three up to
And including 6 False
Alarms within a Twelve
(12) Month period:
In excess of six False
Alarms within a Twelve
(12) Month period:
No Charge for either Commercial or Residential
$100.00 for Residential
$300.00 for Commercial
$175.00 for Residential
$500.00 for Commercial
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council this 15'h day of February 2000.
