WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO. 2000 -10
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed the Planned Unit Development
Stage Plan and Preliminary Plat for United Properties of EAGLE POINT BUSINESS PARK on June 28,
1999 and recommended approval to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council has previously considered and approved the Planned
Unit Development Stage Plan and Preliminary Plat of EAGLE POINT BUSINESS PARK on July 20,
1999,
WHEREAS, the Final Plat and PUD Development Agreement of EAGLE POINT BUSINESS
PARK presented to the City Council conforms to Section 300.08 and Chapter 400 of the Lake Elmo
Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council does hereby
approve and accept the Final Plat and Development (PUD) Agreement of EAGLE POINT BUSINESS
PARK as the same as on file with the City Administrator subject to the following findings:
1. The Final Plat meets or exceeds the standards of Chapter 400 (Subdivision) and Section 300.08
(Planned Unit Development) of the Lake EImo City Code.
