RESOLUTION NO. 2000-012
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE
1990 LAKE ELMO COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
LAND USE MAP
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo has adopted Map 10 — Future Land Use of
the 1990 Lake Elmo Comprehensive Plan:
Outlot B of the Preliminary Plat of "Wilderness Run" and
Blocks 1 -8, Outlot A and Outlot C of the Preliminary Plat
Of "Wilderness Run"
WHEREAS, Carriage Homes IX has applied for an amendment to said Map 10:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council
does hereby approve the amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map to
classify Outlot B of the Preliminary Plat of "Wilderness Run" LB (Limited Business);
and Blocks 1 -8 Outlot A and Outlot C of the Preliminary Plat of "Wilderness Run" SRD
(Suburban Residential Development) consistent with the graphic "Exhibit A" attached to
this resolution and upon the following conditions:
1. Approval by the City of the Final Plat, Final PUD Plan and
PUD /Development Agreement for "Wilderness Run ".
2. Review of the Amendment by the Metropolitan Council, as required by
Statute.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 18'h day of April, 2000.
