RESOLUTION NO. 2000-023
A RESOLUTON APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT
AND PUD DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR CARRIAGE STATION
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed the Planned Unit Development
Stage Plan and Preliminary Plat for Carriage Homes IX of WILDERNESS RUN (CARRIAGE STATION)
on March 8, 2000 and recommended denial to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council has previously considered and approved the Planned
Unit Development Stage Plan and Preliminary Plat of WILDERNESS RUN (CARRIAGE STATION) on
April I8, 2000,
WHEREAS, the Final Plat, Plan, and PUD Development Agreement of CARRIAGE STATION,
presented to the City Council conforms to Section 300.08 and Chapter 400 of the Lake Elmo Municipal
Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council does hereby
approve and accept the Final Plat, Final PUD Plan, and Development (PUD) Agreement of CARRIAGE
HOMES as the same as on file with the City Administrator subject to the following findings:
1. The Final Plat meets or exceeds the standards of Chapter 400 (Subdivision) and Section
300.08 (Planned Unit Development) of the Lake Elmo City Code.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 20 "' day of June, 2000.
