CITY OF LADE ELMO
RESOLUTION NO.2000-026
RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE VACATION OF PORTIONS OF 25 T11 STREET AND
LISBON AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the City received a Petition requesting that certain platted unimproved portions
of 25'' Street and Lisbon Avenue be vacated;
WHEREAS, the City conducted a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 412.851
and received comments from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council has determined that it is in the public's interest
to vacate the following described platted but unimproved portions of 2511 Street and Lisbon Avenue.
NOW THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED, that the following street segments are hereby
vacated:
I. That part of 25' Street lying between the east right -of -way line of Legion Avenue
and the east line of the plat of Eden Park Addition; and
2. Tl�e north 121.49 feet ofthat part of Lisboa Avenue located within the plat of Eden
Park Addition.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Administrator is directed to file a
certified copy of this Resolution with the Washington County Recorder
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Lake Elmo has executed this Resolution by its
authorized officers as indicated below on this /e day of , 2000.
