A RESOLUI10N AMENDING RESOLUTION 2000-02, ADOPTED JANUARY 4,
2000, AMENDED BY RESOLUTION 2000-08, ADOPTED FEBRUARY 15, 2000
BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Tile Resolution Setting Fees for year 2000, is hereby
amended as follows:
WAC (Water Availability Charge) New Development: $1600.00 per SAC Unit
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council this 18'h day of July 2000.
