Resolution No. 2000-031
A Resolution Granting a Lot Consolidation to
Dianne & Douglas Taylor
WHEREAS, Dianne & Douglas Taylor have made application to the City of Lake Elmo for
a lot consolidation of the following described parcel of land; to wit:
Lot One (1), Block Two (2), Lake Jane Manor No. 2, according to the plat thereof
on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds, Washington County,
Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered this lot consolidation request
at its July 24, 2000 meeting and recommended that the lot consolidation be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT a lot consolidation is hereby granted
by the City Council to Dianne & Douglas Taylor, resulting in the following:
Lot 1, Block 2, LAKE JANE MANOR NO. 2, according to the plat thereof on file
and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Washington County, Minnesota.
The South 30.00 feet of Lot 1, and that part of Lot 2, all in Block One, WATERS
BAY, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in said office of the County
Recorder descried as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot 2; thence northerly along the westerly
line of said Lot 2 a distance of 30.00 feet; thence southeasterly to a point on the
south line of said Lot 2 distant 70.00 feet easterly of the point of beginning; thence
westerly along said south line to the point of beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this lot consolidtion is granted subject to the
following condition:
Approval of Resolution No. 2000 - A Resolution granting a minor
subdivision to Kelly Schmidt.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council this V day of August, 2000.
