RESOLUTION 2000-033
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING POLLING PLACES FOR THE
SEPTEMBER 12, 2000 PRIMARY ELECTION AND THE
NOVEMBER 7, 2000 GENERAL ELECTION
WHEREAS, election polling places shall be designated by the City Council, in
accordance with statutory requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council
hereby designates the following polling places for the September 12, 2000
Primary and November 7, 2000 General Election:
PRECINCT 1 (South of Highway 5)
PRECINCT 2 (North of Highway 5)
PRECINCT 3 (Annexed area from
Baytown Township — includes
Manning, 55th, 5011 & Highway 5)
Lake Elmo Fire Station
3510 Laverne Avenue N.
Lake Elmo, MN 55042
Lake Elmo City Hall
3800 Laverne Avenue N.
Lake Elmo, MN 55042
Lake Elmo City Hall
3800 Laverne Avenue N.
Lake Elmo, MN 55042
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said polling places shall remain open
between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on the respective election dates.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council the 15th day of August, 2000.
