Houle, Inc. for <br />The Installation of Watermain on 50th Street <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the installation of watermain on 50th Street, <br />within the City of Lake Elmo, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the <br />following bids were received complying with the advertisement. <br />Engineer's Estimate: $94,746.00 <br />C.W. Houle Inc. <br />$ 68,733.60 <br />Danner Inc. <br />$ 77,458.25 <br />.Richard Knutson Inc. <br />$ 78,247.25 <br />Northdale Const. Co. Inc. <br />$ 79,025.63 <br />Burschville Const. Inc. <br />$ 80,440.75 <br />Hydrocon, Inc. <br />$ 81,000.00 <br />RO -SO Contracting, Inc. <br />$ 97,137.45 <br />Lametti & Sons Inc. <br />$ 99,644.50 <br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that C.W. Houle, Inc. is the lowest responsible bidder. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LAKE ELMO, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. The mayor and administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with <br />C.W. Houle, Inc. in the name of the City of Lake Elmo for the installation of watennam on 50th <br />Street, according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the city council and on file <br />in the office of the city administrator. <br />2.
