Resolution 2000 - 038
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED 2000
TAX LEVY, COLLECTIBLE IN 2001 AND
SETTING DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED BUDGET
BE IT RESOLVED BY the Lake Elmo City Council, County of Washington,
Minnesota, that the following sums of money be proposed to be levied for the current year,
collectible in 2001, upon the taxable property in the City of Lake Elmo for the following
purposes:
General Fund: $1,427,500
Total Levy $1,427,500
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Public Hearing for the Proposed Property
Taxes for 2001 be held on Thursday, November 30, 2000 at 5:30 P.M.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby instructed to transmit
a certified copy of this resolution to the County Auditor of Washington County, Minnesota.
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council this 5`h day of September 2000.
