RESOLUTION NO. 2000 - 054
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLACEMENT
OF AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE
IN FRONT OF THE PRIMARY STRUCTURE
AT 5135 15" STREET N.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 300.12, Subd. 3 J. of the Lake Elmo Municipal
Code, Wayne Olson, the property owner has requested approval to place a garage in front
of the primary structure at 8135 15th Street N. based; on the physical conditions of the lot.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Lake Elmo City Council
hereby grants permission for construction of a garage in front of the principal structure at
8135 15th Street N., subject to written approval by adjacent property owners.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council this 8th day of November, 2000.
