CITE' OF LADE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000-058 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND <br />OP DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />OF CARDINAL RIDGE <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Ehno Planing Commission reviewed the preliminary plat of CARDINAL <br />RIDGE on August 28, 2000 and recommended approval to the City Council, and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council has previously considered and approved the preliminary <br />plan and plat of CARDINAL RIDGE on September 8, 2000, <br />WHEREAS, the Final Plat and OP Development PIan and Development Agreement of <br />CARDINAL RIDGE presented to the City Council conforms to the City's Open Space Development Area <br />Ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council does hereby <br />approve and accept the Final Plat and Final OP Development Plan and Development Agreement of <br />CARDINAL RIDGE as the same as on file with the City Administrator subject to the following finding: <br />1. The Final Plat meets or exceeds the standards of Chapter 300 and Chapter 400 of the Lake <br />Elmo City Code and is consistent with the approved Preliminary Plat/Development Stage Plan. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council tlus 21" day of November, 2000, <br />Lee Hunt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Mary 1�!fft , City A i istrator <br />
