RESOLUTION NO. 2000-058
RESOLUTION APPROVING AND
OP DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
OF CARDINAL RIDGE
WHEREAS, the Lake Ehno Planing Commission reviewed the preliminary plat of CARDINAL
RIDGE on August 28, 2000 and recommended approval to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council has previously considered and approved the preliminary
plan and plat of CARDINAL RIDGE on September 8, 2000,
WHEREAS, the Final Plat and OP Development PIan and Development Agreement of
CARDINAL RIDGE presented to the City Council conforms to the City's Open Space Development Area
Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council does hereby
approve and accept the Final Plat and Final OP Development Plan and Development Agreement of
CARDINAL RIDGE as the same as on file with the City Administrator subject to the following finding:
1. The Final Plat meets or exceeds the standards of Chapter 300 and Chapter 400 of the Lake
Elmo City Code and is consistent with the approved Preliminary Plat/Development Stage Plan.
