RESOLUTION 2000- 060
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE DRAFT FEASIBILITY REPORT
FOR IMPROVEMENT OF 15TH STREET, FROM CSAH 13 TO THE REGIONAL PARK
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 2000 -45 of the City Council adopted September 19, 2000, a report
has been prepared by TKDA with reference to the to the improvement of 1.5"' Street, from CSAH 1.3 to the
Regional Park, and a draft of this report was received by the City Council on December 5, 2000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE
ELMO, MINNESOTA:
1. The Lake Elmo City Council will consider the improvement of 15'h Street, from CSAH 13 to
the Regional Park, with options identified in the feasibility report and the assessment of
abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated cost of $141,640.00 for Option I and an estimated cost
of $232,412.00 for Option 2.
2. A Public Hearing has been ordered on said improvement on the 16`x' day of January, 2001, at
7:30 PM. at the Lake Elmo City Hall, and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of
such hearing improvement as required by law.
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council this 5 "` day of December 2000.
