RESOLUTION NO. 2000- 064
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE LAND USE MAP
OF THE 2000 -2020 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission held Public Hearings on the Land Use Map of
the 2000 -2020 Comprehensive Plan on February 2 and ld, 2000 and recommended adoption by the City
Council on February 20, 2000 (Part) and March 13, 2000 (Part), and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council considered and reviewed the Land Use Map of the
2000 -2020 Comprehensive Plan on December 5, 2000,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THE Lake Elmo City Council does hereby
approve and adopt the Land Use Map of the 2000 -2020 Lake Elmo Comprehensive Plan appears as the
Draft dated November 30, 2000, subject to the review and comment of the Metropolitan Council as
provided for by the Metropolitan Land Use Planning Act.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 5"' day of December, 2000.
