A RESOLUTION REGARDING A SHORELAND STANDARDS VARIANCE
James & Robin Dillon - 8190 Hill Trail North
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission has reviewed and heard testimony
regarding the application of James & Robin Dillon, to vary from the standards of Section 325.06 -
Shoreland Standards Subd. 4.A. of the Lake Elmo City Code wit respect to the property described as
follows:
8190 Hill Trail North
WHEREAS, said variance is described as follows:
To permit structure setback to ordinary high water mark from less than 100
feet to allow a 66 square foot foyer addition to the existing non - conforming
structure.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo Planning Commission
does hereby make the following findings concerning said variance:
The variance complies with the variance standards of Section 300.06 Subd.3
of the City Code.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo Planning Commission hereby
approves and issues this order subject to the following conditions:
Certification of the continued integrity of the on -site wastewater treatment
center.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo Planning Commission this 11" day of December, 2000.
