Crack Filling <br />WHEREAS, following a request for quotes obtained by the City Engineer for the 2001 <br />Crack Filling, the following quotations were received: <br />1. Northwest Asphalt Maintenance, Inc. $14,725.00 <br />2. Asphalt Surface Technologies Corp. $1 8,900.00 <br />3. Bergman Companies $22,750.00 <br />AND WHEREAS, Northwest Asphalt Maintenance provided the lowest <br />responsible quotation. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LADE <br />ELMO, MINNESOTA: The contract for 2001 Crack Filling is awarded to Northwest <br />Asphalt Maintenance, Inc. for $14,725.00. <br />Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council this I" day of May 2001. <br />Lee Hunt, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />Mary KNeffie City CI r Administrator <br />
