A Resolution Awarding Contract for 2001. Crack Filling
WHEREAS, following a request for quotes obtained by the City Engineer for the 2001
Crack Filling, the following quotations were received:
1. Northwest Asphalt Maintenance, Inc. $14,725.00
2. Asphalt Surface Technologies Corp. $1 8,900.00
3. Bergman Companies $22,750.00
AND WHEREAS, Northwest Asphalt Maintenance provided the lowest
responsible quotation.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LADE
ELMO, MINNESOTA: The contract for 2001 Crack Filling is awarded to Northwest
Asphalt Maintenance, Inc. for $14,725.00.
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council this I" day of May 2001.
