WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO. 2001- 0 -35
WHEREAS, plans for Project No. SAP 206- 020 -03 showing proposed improvements to County
State Aid Highway 13 between CSAH 6 and T115 within the limits of the City of Lake Elmo as a State
Aid Project have been prepared and presented to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said plans be in all things approved.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City.Council this 15 "' day of May,2001.
