Home My WebLink AboutResolution 2001-038CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 2001-038 WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat of LAKE ELMO VISTA on March 26, 2001 and recommended approval to the City Council, and WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council has previously considered and approved the preliminary plat of LAKE ELMO VISTA on April 3, 2001. WHEREAS, the Final Plat and Development Agreement of LAKE ELMO VISTA presented to the City Council conforms to the standards of the Residential Estates Zoning District. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council does hereby approve and accept the Final Plat and Development Agreement of LAKE ELMO VISTA as the same as on file with the City Administrator subject to the following findings. I . The Final Plat meets the standards of Chapter 400 of the Lake Elmo City Code and is consistent with the approved preliminary Plat.
