WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO. 2001-039
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Council approved the Final Plat of LAKE ELMO
VISTA by Resolution No. 2001 -038 on June 5, 200 1, and
WHEREAS, said approval was subject to conditions to be satisfied prior to release
and recording of Final Plat documents by the City;
IOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Final Plat mylars and
certified copy of Resolution No. 2001 - shall be released by the City to the developer only
upon compliance with the following conditions.
1. Compliance with the recommendations of the City Engineer and City Attorney.
2. Consent of the property owner approved as to form by the City Attorney for any
off -site grading.
3. The City Engineer has reviewed and approved the Final Plat Mylars; and, all fees
and development security specified by the Development Agreement have been
remitted to the City.
4. The Landscape Plan dated February 9, 2001 shall be amended to reflect the 104
trees proposed to be added to the site (in addition to boulevard trees) be located
in such a manner as to be evenly distributed upon the 8 lots on which no existing
trees are now located — 13 new trees per lot.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council this 5`h day of June, 2001.
