RESOLUTION NO. 2001- 049
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE TRA.NSPORTATION/UTILITIES/
LAND USE TEXT (SURFACE WATER) ELEMENTS
OF THE 2000 -2020 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
-WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission held a Public Hearing on the
Land Use Plan Text (including Surface Water), Transportation and Utilities elements of
the 2000 -2020 Comprehensive Plan on June 25, 2001 and recommended adoption by the
City Council on June 25,2001, and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council has adopted Inventory, Policy, Housing
and Land Use Map elements of the 2000 -2020 Comprehensive Plan by Resolutions 2000-
062, 2000 -0063, 2000 -064 on December 5, 2000.
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council considered and reviewed the Land Use
Plan Text (including Surface Water), Transportation and Utilities elements of the 2000-
2020 Comprehensive Plan on July 17, 2001;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THE Lake EImo City Council
does hereby approve and adopt the Land Use Plan Text (including Surface Water);
Transportation and Utilities elements of the 2000 -2020 Lake Elmo Comprehensive Plan,
subject to the review and comment of the Metropolitan Council as provided for by the
Metropolitan Land Use Planning Act.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 17th day of July, 2001.
