Resolution No. 2001 - 052
A Resolution Granting a Minor Subdivision to
Raymond F. Krueger Estate
WHEREAS, Raymond F. Krueger Estate has made application to the City of Lake EImo for a
Minor Subdivision pursuant to Section 400.07 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code of the following described
parcels of land; to wit:
Parcel "A" (Existing Raymond F. Krueger Estate):
The N`W 1/a of the SE 1/a and the North 20 acres of the SW 1/a of the SE 1 /a, Section
11, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, EXCEPT: The North 300 feet of the West
726 feet of the NW 1/a of the SE 1 /a, Section 11, Township 29 North, Range 21 West
{containing 5 acres, more or less); AND EXCEPT: The South 356 feet of the North
837 feet of the West 612 feet of the North 60 acres of the W 1/z of the SE 1/ of
Section 11, Township 29, Range 21 (containing 5 acres, more or less), subject to
rights of the public in the public road bordering said property.
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered this Minor Subdivision request at its
July 23, 2001 meeting and recommended that the Minor Subdivision be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT a Minor Subdivision is hereby granted by the
City Council to Raymond F. Krueger Estate, resulting in the following:
PARCEL "n" (Raymond F. Krueger Estate):
All that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and all that part of
the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, all in Section 11, Township 29
North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of the North 837.00 feet of said Northwest
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence easterly along the southerly line of said
North 837.00 feet a distance of 612.00 feet, more or less, to the easterly line of West
612.00 feet of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, thence northerly
along said easterly line 0.77 feet, more or less, to the centerline of 43rd Street North;
thence easterly along said centerline 696.03 feet, more or less, to the easterly line of
said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence southerly along said
easterly line and along the easterly line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter 1142.43 feet, more or less, to the northerly line of the South 658.02 feet of
said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, thence westerly along said
northerly line 1305.95 feet, more or less, to the westerly line of said Southwest
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, thence northerly along said westerly line and
along the westerly line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter 1135.62
feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
Subject to the right of way of 43rd Street North along the northerly line thereof.
Subject to and together with any other valid easements, reservation, or restrictions.

PARCEL "C" (to Neil Krueger):
All that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11,
Township 29 North, Range 21 west, Washington County, Minnesota, described as
follows, to wit:
Beginning at the northeasterly corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter; thence westerly along the northerly line thereof 583.56 feet, more or less,
to the easterly line of the West 726.00 feet of said Northwest Quarter; thence
southerly along said westerly line 481.00 feet, more or less, to the southerly line of
the North 481.00 feet of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence
westerly along said southerly line 114.00 feet, more or less, to the easterly line of the
West 612.00 feet of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence
southerly along said easterly line 355.23 feet, more or less, to the centerline of 43rd
Street North; thence easterly along said centerline 696.03 feet, more or less, to the
easterly line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence northerly
along said easterly line 830.70 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
Subject to the right of way of said 43rd Street North along the southerly line thereof.
Subject to and together with any other valid easements, reservations or restrictions.

PARCEL "D" (to James Graupner ):
The South 181.00 feet of the North 481.00 feet of the West 726.00 feet of the
Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 29 North,
Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota.
Subject to the right of way of Kimbro Avenue North along the westerly line thereof.
Subject to and together with any other valid easements, reservations or restrictions.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this minor subdivision is granted:
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council this 8th day of November 2001.
