A Resolution Granting a Minor Subdivision to
Raymond F. Krueger Estate, and Neil Krueger
WHEREAS, Raymond F. Krueger Estate and Neil Krueger have made application to the City of
Lake Elmo for a Minor Subdivision pursuant to Section 400.07 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code.
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered this Minor Subdivision request at its
July 23, 2001 meeting and recommended that the minor subdivision be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT a Minor Subdivision is hereby granted by the
City Council to Raymond F. Krueger Estate and Neil Krueger,
combining:
Parcel "C" (From Raymond F. Krueger Estate):
The NW 1/4 of the SE 1/ and the North. 20 acres of the SW 1/ of the SE 1 /a, Section
11, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, EXCEPT. The North 300 feet of the West
726 feet of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1 /a, Section 11, Township 29 North, Range 21 West
(containing 5 acres, more or less); AND EXCEPT: The South 356 feet of the North
837 feet of the West 612 feet of the North 60 acres of the W 112 of the SE 1/ of
Section 11, Township 29, Range 21 (containing 5 acres, more or less), subject to
rights of the public in the public road bordering said property.

Neil Krueger (existing parcels)
That part of the East One -Half of the Southeast Quarter (E 1h of SE 1 /a) of Section
Eleven (11), Township Twenty -nine (29), Range Twenty -one (21), Washington
County, Minnesota, lying Northerly of the centerline of the currently existing East -
West roadway known as 43rd Street North.
and,
That part of the South 445.5 feet (as measured along the east line) of the East Half
of the Northeast Quarter, Section 11, Township 29 North, Range 21 West,
Washington County, Minnesota, lying west of the East 396 feet (as measured along
the south line) thereof.
Subject to and together with any valid easements, restriction, and reservations.
Neil Krueger (combination parcel)
All that part of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter, and all that part of the
East Half of the Northeast Quarter, all being in part of Section 121, Township
North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of said East Half of the Northeast Quarter;
thence westerly along the southerly line of said East Half of the Northeast Quarter
396.00 feet; thence northerly, parallel with the easterly line of said East Half of the
Northeast Quarter, 445.50 feet; thence westerly, parallel with said southerly line of
the East Half of the Northeast Quarter; thence southerly along said westerly line,
44550 feet, more or less, to the northerly line of said North Half of the Southeast
Quarter; thence westerly, along said northerly line, 583.56 feet, more or less, to the
easterly line of the West 726.00 feet of said North Half of the Southeast
Quarter; thence southerly along said westerly line 481.00 feet, more or less, to the
southerly line of the North 481.00 feet of said North Half of the Southeast Quarter,
thence westerly along said southerly line 114.00 feet, more or less, to the easterly line
612.00 feet of said North Half of the Southeast Quarter, thence southerly along said
easterly line 355.23 feet, more or less, to the centerline of 43rd Street North; thence
easterly along said centerline 2004.11 feet, more or less, to the easterly line of said
North Half of the Southeast Quarter; thence northerly along said easterly line
820.30 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
Subject to the right of way of said 43,d Street North along the southerly line thereof
and subject also to the right of way of Lake Elmo Avenue North, a.k.a. Washington
County Highway Number 17, along the easterly line thereof.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Minor Subdivision is granted:
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council this 711 day of August 2001.
