A Resolution Granting a Minor Subdivision to
Raymond F. Krueger Estate and James Graupner
WHEREAS, Raymond F. Krueger Estate and James Graupner have made application to the City of
Lake Elmo for a Minor Subdivision pursuant to Section 400.07 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code.
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered this Minor Subdivision request at its
July 23, 2001 meeting and recommended that the Minor Subdivision be granted
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT a Minor Subdivision is hereby granted by the
City Council to Raymond F. Krueger Estate and James Graupner,
combining.
with:
resulting in:
PARCEL "D" (From Raymond F. Krueger Estate):
The South 181.00 feet of the North 481.00 feet of the West 726.00 feet of the
Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 29 North,
Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota.
Subject to the right of way of Kimbro Avenue North along the westerly line thereof.
Subject to and together with any other valid easements, reservations or restrictions.
James Graupner (existing parcel)
The North 300 feet of the West 726 feet of Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of
Southeast Quarter (SE 1 /a) of Section 11, Township 29, Range 21, containing 5
acres, more or less subject to rights of the public in the public road bordering said
tract on the West, according to the United States Government Survey thereof.
James Graupner (combination)
The North 481.00 feet of the West 726.00 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 20 North, Range 21 West, Washington
County, Minnesota.
Subject to the right of way of Kimbro Avenue North along the westerly line thereof.
Subject to and together with any other valid easements, reservations or restrictions.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Minor Subdivision is granted:
